Gearbox factor
The gearbox factor defines the gearbox ratio of the drive. Enter the ratio of the drive.
• The gearbox factor evaluates the setpoint at the nSet_v input multiplied by the stretch factor.
• The gearbox factor has to be selected via the inputs wGearNum and wGearDenom in the form
of numerators and denominators.
•The bit 0 in C01073/1
serves to simply deactivate the evaluation with the gearbox factor (does
not apply to the speed outputs nSetGain_v, nSetGearTrim_v and nSetGearTrim_a).
• The result is provided at the outputs nSetGearTrim_v and nSetGearTrim_a.
•Scaling nSetGearTrim_v: 16384 ≡ 15000 rpm
•Scaling nSetGearTrim_a: 16384 ≡ 100 % reference speed (C00011
)
17.1.73.3 Processing correction values
Speed trimming
Speed trimming enables the connection of correction values, e.g. from a higher-level control loop.
This permits an acceleration or deceleration of the drive.
The correction value can either be transmitted as an analog value via the nSpeedTrim_a input or for
exact speed trimming as a speed value via the nSpeedTrim_v input.
•Scaling nSpeedTrim_a: 16384 ≡ 100 % reference speed (C00011
)
•Scaling nSpeedTrim_v: 16384 ≡ 15000 rpm
Speed variations of the trimming values are specified via the SpeedTrim ramp (C01069/1
).
Note!
The intermediate results and the result of the evaluation are limited to
±32767 increments (16 bits).
