This FB can add an offset to an angle signal and amplify it afterwards.
The internal calculations (addition and subtraction) are carried out with 32 bits without
overflow/underflow. Division is not remainder considered.
Offset and gain are selected via parameters.
The value provided at the dnOut_p output is internally limited to ±2
