Procedure
Refer customer to check Mailbox section in User Guide to make available more HDD space.
If the problem persists check the HDD electrical connections (PL 9.2).
If the problem persists perform Hard Disk Diagnostic Program. If the problem persists perform
GP 6 Special Boot Modes HDD Initialization.

The specified font is not found in the ROM or the HDD.
