PHT- 4.0.0 BOTH PRESSURE TESTS PASS
A) Figure right, if the machine is equipped
with a bibag Connector see part B. If NOT
see procedure number PHT- 4.1.0 (page
527).
B) Is a disposable bibag (pouch) attached (Yes
or No)?
Yes Bibag attached! a) Remove the bibag!
b) Plug the bicarb (blue) concentrate connector into
LIQUID
bicarbonate!
c) Close the bibag door FULLY!
d) Call debug screen 0 (Figure
right) to ENSURE the bibag
door is shown closed!
e) See procedure number PHT- 4.1.0 (page 527).
No a) ENSURE the bicarbonate (blue) connecter is attached to
LIQUID bicarbonate.
b) Call debug screen 0 (Figure right) to ENSURE
the bibag door is shown closed!
c) See procedure number PHT- 4.1.0 (page 527).
PHT- 4.1.0 ISOLATE LOADING PRESSURE
a) ENSURE the Loading Pressure gauge (yellow connector) reads 0 psi before inserting it!
b)
SLAM the gauge into the red Acetate/Acid rinse port. *ELSE pressure will not be read correctly
c) Loading Pressure is ‘OKAY’ if it cycles between a PEAK of somewhere between 23 and 25 psi.
d) FOUR (4) possible scenarios 1) or 2) or 3) or 4) below:
1) IF (and ONLY if) pressure REMAINS ‘OKAY’: Proceed to
page 529, procedure number
