Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 14. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
WARNING
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present can cause injury.
1. Remove the tray assembly from the tray 5 module, refer to REP 75.10 and perform steps
1 to 11.
2. Remove the infill plate assembly, Figure 1.

3. Separate the lift plate from the tray lift top cover, Figure 2.

4. Remove the tray 5 elevator harness, Figure 3.

5. Remove the elevator tray guides, Figure 4.

Retain the spring using
a thumb or finger

Remove 2
screws

Remove the assembly taking care
not to lose the spring

Remove 5 screws
Remove and turn
over the lift plate

Disconnect the
terminals
Remove the
ground screw
3
Release the harness
from the 5 retainers
4
Pass the terminals one at a time
through the frame hole and guide
