Syntax
Call up the command with the following parameters:
rate-limit output <rate-value>
The parameters have the following meaning:

Value for the in data rate in Kbps Default:
The data rate is set to 0. The
outgoing data stream is not lim-
ited.
If you do not select any parameters from the parameter list, the default value is used.
Result
The limitation of the outgoing data stream of the interface with the data rate is enabled.
Further notes
You disable the function with the no rate-limit output command.

Description
With this command, you disable the data rate for limiting the outgoing data stream of the
interface.
Requirement
You are in the Interface configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-if-$$$)#
Syntax
Call the command without parameters:
no rate-limit output
Result
The limitation of the outgoing data stream of the interface with the data rate is disabled.
